Take 1 minute. close your eyes. Think of 3 things you are grateful for in your life.
Now take a deep breath. Feel the gratitude in your heart , not just mentally.
You can now carry on with your day, reset.
We have so much to be grateful for no matter who we are or what our situation. 𝙒𝙚 𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙣, 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙙, 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨. The lack, what we don’t have, what we want, and what we are missing.
The problem with that is focus on lack brings in more lack.
