Recently Naturalnews.com has been completely banned from Facebook.com entirely. We here at DrLeonardColdwell.com know how that feels all too well. We have been banned blocked from posting and thrown in Facebook jail for time outs endlessly over the years.
Why is this happening?
Because neither Natural News nor Dr. Coldwell bow to the demands of the FDA, Big Pharma, the CDC, or the WHO. We freely post truth and health information in order to help the citizens of the United States as well as the world to circumvent out of control entities that would keep you sick and paying into the system endlessly for the rest of your life.
To keep you well, healthy, and happy! The problem is there is no profit in that. That is the one and only reason for all of this censorship. It isn’t about limiting “Fake” information, it is about being in control of every aspect of your very existence from what you eat to what you supplement with to what you choose (or don’t choose) to inject into your body. Mike Adams, founder of Natural News and Dr. Leonard Coldwell, Author of The Only Answer to Cancer Series, both have made it their life’s work to enable you to obtain the knowledge you need in order to heal yourself.
While so far Dr. Coldwell’s link is currently working via Facebook his wildly popular Facebook Page “The Only Answer to Cancer” has been black listed. That means he is barred from boosting or creating ads even when he is offering up large payment amounts to Facebook. They value control even more than money. More than ever, Champions, he needs your support by liking the page, commenting, and sharing so information continues to spread organically.
Censorship in America and world wide is out of control. We must all ban together in this to fight it and spread information that is desperately needed in any ways that we can.

Many of us look at the number of selfies people post online and think “narcissist”. But is there more to it than that? Our online personas are the faces we wish to present to the world. It’s both who we are and who we strive to be wrapped into one.
With the help of newer technologies, the view we present may or may not be the whole truth. Filters and Photoshop can do a great deal to alter the final image.
The question becomes, why are we doing this and why can’t we just be happy with ourselves as is?
The answer is perception.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. We have all heard that time old phrase but how true is it really?
Have you ever wondered what our brains see and if what one brain sees is the same as the next? My best guess is that indeed we do see things just a bit differently from each other.
In the past, we have relied on others to take photos of us. Cameras just weren’t built for aiming towards yourself. They were too big and too bulky. Because of this we were always only presented through the perspective of the photographer.
This varied perspective is part of why we may love one photographer’s work and not so much another. Composition, lighting, angle, and personal view all come together to make the finished image.
With the invention of smaller handheld phone cameras – came the selfie. I believe why this has become such an enormous trend is not just convenience but the ability to be the photographer. To capture what you see as your true best self. Selfies are the view you want the world to have of you. So when you are happy with the result you are proud to show it off.
***There is some kind of odd phenomenon that happens in photography. Many people will look at an image and say “That’s me?” as if they don’t recognize themselves. Somehow they get so hooked and focused on flaws that they don’t see their beauty until presented third person.
The same happens in voice recording. Your own voice will not sound like you (at least not to you).
Add to that the magic of filters and you can be thinner, have better skin, change your eye color, and do wondrous things. I have done magazine and editorial photo editing. It isn’t a pretty thing to see some of the before and after images. We smooth every line, wrinkle, freckle, birthmark, heck even the model’s armpits are touched up beyond recognition half the time. Necks are lengthened, shortened, and the same with legs and waists. These models are beautiful to start with, yet somehow as an advertiser in society, we wash away on purpose what makes them – them.
It’s no wonder the public has followed suit.
I don’t believe selfies are so much about vanity as they are the ability to try and control how the world sees you, as well as how you perceive yourself so that it matches up with how you view yourself in your mind’s eye.
Let’s set the record straight. You need social media in this day and age to advertise your business. But, I also need to add that it is not about direct ROI (return on income) its about brand recognition and getting your name out there… Social media helps lend credibility to your company as a viable brand. If you expect to get rich over night only doing social media you are in for a rude awakening.
Twitter, Facebook, Instagram – they all help your company via visibility. People often check to see if you are present the same way they look you up on Google for reviews and a presence there. They may even go to Facebook for your address or phone number.
All of it is just a piece of a marketing funnel… and you need the entire funnel, not just one piece and certainly not just a short period of time. The world is flooded with businesses just like yours. The idea behind social media is to help yours stand out and express its individuality and confirm why people should trust and go with you when buying or using a service.
The main complaint we hear from clients is “But we aren’t getting sales directly off of our social media. Maybe we should just stop.” While you are more than welcome to of course, it is a bad idea. Continued presence makes an impression of success. Likes, though fairly meaningless, make the impression that other people like the page and they should too. Success breeds success.
Mixing Social Media, Fresh Original Content on your web site and SEO (search engine optimization) along with some paid marketing efforts is the mix to go for.
Create fresh original content by way of regular well key worded blogs, spicing up on page content to keep the crawlers crawling, and doing great on page SEO targeting the audience you are looking to capture is key. Add to that directed marketing efforts like direct paper mailings and online AdWords ads which push people to your site where your message and products reside – now that is where your ROI comes in. That is where the right combination = money in your bank account.
We all want instant results. While paid ads can deliver that, it is the organic natural formation of SEO strategies that last over time. Blogs get shared, links built, your name pops up more and more. You move up in the ranks of Google, Yahoo, Bing and other search engines.
When the payment on pay per click ads stop – so do the ads and so does the traffic. With organic SEO, even if you stopped all efforts today… results would stay and possibly still keep building over time.
If you want your business to succeed online you have to give it time, effort, consistency, and yes invest some money into it as well. Very few businesses operate solely online. If you operate a service business and expect to sit back and just watch the customers roll in with no effort on your part other than hiring a marketer, you are in for a short rough ride. Nothing beats great word of mouth advertising. Great products, service, and overall attitude of the company will make a company while the opposite surely also holds true.
FB announced they were deleting “fake accounts” this week. Zuckerberg himself has announced that he will hire an additional 3,000 employees to shut down ‘fake news’ pages of this platform. Their definition of ‘fake news’ includes groups with labels of organic, natural, traditional, wellness, health and love, brighten my soul. Certainly looks like they’ve targeting deleted anything that threatens the Pharma money flow.

Find out if you are the only one logging on to your Facebook
While Facebook is fairly secure, with hackers where there is a will there is a way! It is easy to check your settings and see where logins have been coming from. Here is how!
Just follow these simple steps.
#1 Go to your settings
#2 Click Security & Login
#3 You can now see “Where you are logged in”
From there you can delete any connections that you do not recognize. The wizard will guide you through to change your password and re-secure your account verifying recent apps added, activity, page roles, and other security measures.
Though not every connection will be a hacker, sometimes you will see pinged tower locations for cell phone use, but if you don’t recognize a location, better safe than sorry.
Do you feel like you just can’t get everything done that you need to?
Are you tired even though you get plenty of sleep?
Do you ever feel like you simply just can’t catch up on life in general?
We all go full steam ahead at an abnormally fast pace these days. Work, school, kids, friends, meetings, appointments, errands, obligations, it can take its toll over time.
Taking time for ourselves has somehow become taboo and labeled as selfish. Here is the big news folks, it’s not! If you constantly burn the candle at both ends, do you know what you end up with? – A big unhappy glob of melted wax and a charbroiled wick.
This leaves a good portion of the country feeling this way and turning to doctors to figure out why they are depressed, exhausted, or even worse, sick. The answer should be obvious – we are not taking care of ourselves.
Communication is easier and faster than ever these days. Messaging, texting, smart phones, email, you are virtually always reachable. This is a double-edged sword. When we got these devices, none of us wanted to be at everyone’s beckon call, yet that seems to be where we are headed. We hear the beep, blip, ding or other sound effect signaling that we have a message and we jump. We have literally become Pavlov’s dog.
How many messages do you get a day? How many texts? They add up to us jumping constantly to look at our devices. You see it out in public, people in restaurants and parks, heads cocked down staring at phones – even when they are with friends. We are so busy taking pictures and posting, commenting, liking and sharing that we are not living in the moment other than through those little screens.
This false electronic reality is fun, entertaining and informative, but it is also time-consuming and draining.
If you are feeling burnt out, take just one day and do a Technology Fast.
Put your phone away
Put your tablets away
Turn off social media accounts
Take the day off of work or do this on a weekend
Let friends and family know who might worry that you are doing this. Oddly, you may be met with some opposition, ignore it. This isn’t about them, it’s about you – your peace of mind and health
Spend time doing whatever makes you happy that does not involve the above mentioned electronic devices. – go for a walk, clean your house, lunch with a friend, take a nap, meditate, go to the beach, spend time outside, you name it.
It may be hard to break the habit of reaching for your phone to check what’s going on with everyone, but I guarantee by mid-day you will be feeling more energized.

If you have a FB page set up for your business, you may or may not be currently seeing direct traffic as reflected through google analytics TO your website from your Facebook business page.
This does not mean you are wasting your time posting and keeping your Facebook up to date.
Think of your online presence like a funnel. You have all these different catch-alls at the top of the funnel (the widest part) – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more. Though Google is the main search engine right now, followed by Bing and Yahoo, many people rely on social media to get a feel for a company before they see their listing on a search engine itself or view your website. A first impression is everything. It is also being used to garner information such as location and phone number as well as website URL.
So while you may feel like you are not getting any return for your time, it’s simply often not the case.
If you have a business and either need your page set up or just don’t have the time to keep it up to date, I would love to work with you on it.
Social Media Management and Marketing is a relatively new field. Social media encompasses any and all online sites that are focused on virtual networking and interpersonal communication. They can be aimed at business marketing or simply socializing, though often the two areas overlap and intermix.
Social media management is always customized to the individual. It can encompass everything from start to finish, setting up the page or pages, creating graphic banners or wallpapers, creation of individual graphics (sometimes referred to as meme’s) for specific ad campaigns or individual posts, as well as copywriting and coming up with the best wording to use.
The client often has a business to run and social media marketing management is more cost effective to outsource to someone rather than try and add yet another role to their already busy schedule. They can choose how many posts per week or month they would like, and simply sit back and let Damonaz Designs designers and writers do the work for them.
The more LIKES and traffic a page gets, the more wide-spread the name, brand and message. Having a clear brand and image across all platforms is important for recognition. Within our service, we cross promote on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and whichever others you may select.
Why is any of this important?
Phone books have gone the way of the dodo bird. people are glued to their mobile devices as a means of gathering information. Sites like Twitter and Facebook have become a go to when looking up a business. Their Facebook profile page is a direct reflection of their business and often the first impression. What does yours say about you? Do you have one set up yet?
If your social media is lacking or worse yet, still non-existant let us help! Chat with us and see what we can offer. http://www.damonazdesign.com 239-244-8350
