10 Day Neurotoxin Liver Cleanse
To clear yourself of Neurotoxins (Brevetoxin, Organophosphates, Cyanotoxin, and more)
Products needed: Company – Nutritional Frontiers – Liv Clear II and Lean Greens.

Drink min: 1 Gallon of water per day. (non tap water)
Days 1-3 Protocol
7:00 AM Breakfast. Choose from:
- Hummus and Carrots
- Fruit
- Vanilla Chia Pudding
- Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl
- Organic Eggs
- Baked Millet with Berries
10:00 AM Morning Snack Choose from
- Hummus and Carrots
- Fruit
- Roasted Butternut Squash
- Grilled Fruit Kabobs
- Kale Chips
- Cherry Date Oat Bars
- Coconut Trail Mix
1:00 PM Lunch
DRINK The Lean Greens Shake 1 scoop with water and take 3 Liv Clear Capsules.
Choices of:
- Avocado Strawberry Spinach Salad
- Lentil Soup
- Black Bean Lettuce Wraps
- Tuna Fish and Brown Rice with Any Veggies
- Cauliflower Soup
- Veggies and Quinoa
- Greens and Cannellini Beans
- Apple and Walnut Spinach Salad with Cranberries
4:00 PM Afternoon Snack Choose from
- Protein Bites (use super shake or whey protein)
- Tuna Celery Salad
- Roasted Chickpeas
- Nuts
- Bean Dip and Veggies
- Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- Steamed Green Beans with Lemon
- Baked Sweet Potato Chips
7:00 PM Dinner Choose from
DRINK The Lean Greens Shake 1 scoop with water and take 3 Liv Clear Capsules.
- Black Bean and Quinoa Veggie Burgers
- Veggie Shish Kebab served with Cooked Grains
- Lemon Chicken Stew
- Grilled Eggplant
- Balsamic-Salmon with Spinach Salad
- Salmon with Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Days 4-8 Protocol
This portion of the cleanse is more restrictive. You still eat at the same times – 7 am, 10 am, 1pm, 4pm, and 7pm, but are limited to choices of only the following food items.
- Turkey
- Broccoli
- Brussel Sprouts
- Any Fruits except Strawberries or Citrus
Continue to take the capsules and the shakes at 1pm and 7pm.
Days 9-10 Protocol
Please return to the exact same diet as days 1-3 above.
Notes:
Be sure to drink a gallon of water a day
Take hot epsom salts baths to help detox and sweat out the toxins
Get plenty of rest
Be easy on yourself
