Take 1 minute. close your eyes. Think of 3 things you are grateful for in your life.

Now take a deep breath. Feel the gratitude in your heart , not just mentally.

Andโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ. open your eyesโ€ฆ.

You can now carry on with your day, reset.

We have so much to be grateful for no matter who we are or what our situation. ๐™’๐™š ๐™ค๐™›๐™ฉ๐™š๐™ฃ, ๐™ข๐™ฎ๐™จ๐™š๐™ก๐™› ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™˜๐™ก๐™ช๐™™๐™š๐™™, ๐™œ๐™š๐™ฉ ๐™›๐™ค๐™˜๐™ช๐™จ๐™š๐™™ ๐™ค๐™ฃ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™ฌ๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™จ. The lack, what we donโ€™t have, what we want, and what we are missing.

The problem with that is focus on lack brings in more lack.
